West Glen Town Center manager Jennifer Howell spent more than a year courting and coaxing businesses to take a look at the revitalized retail and commercial center in West Des Moines.

Slowly, spaces empty for months and years had new tenants. Occupancy at the center started to climb and more businesses came looking for space.
